Zoe works in the Real Estate team dealing with title reviews and rectifications, collective and individual enfranchisement, voluntary and statutory lease extensions, deeds of variation, sales, sales of part and deeds of easement.

Career

Zoe joined JB Leitch in May 2017, having worked in the conveyancing industry since completing studies in 2009.

Zoe’s previous role as a senior technical property lawyer provided an excellent foundation to branch into real estate.

Zoe was awarded Highly Commended in the ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category at the 2016 Modern Law Conveyancing Awards,
