Mary deals with all aspects of family law including cohabitation, divorce, financial settlements, injunctions and occupation orders, disputes involving arrangements for children and applications for removal from the jurisdiction by one parent, child abduction and dealing with civil partnership issues. Mary is frequently involved in running workshops and presenting seminars to professional organisations and charities on various aspects of family law. She has specialised in family law throughout her career.

Initially a teacher and lecturer; changing careers to law, qualifying in 1993; founding partner Ketley Miller Joels LLP in 2010 to date where she continues her family law practice as a consultant.
