Chris specialises in Commercial Real Estate, working in all key areas advising on the acquisition, development, funding and letting of commercial property. His particular expertise is in commercial property development work, acting for a wide variety of clients, from property developers of all sizes to user occupiers, investors and funds.Chris has regularly been featured in the Legal 500 in connection with both his development practice and his work in compulsory purchase. He is best known for heading up the real estate group pursuing compensation claims for more than 100 businesses previously located within the site of the 2012 London Olympics.
