Neale is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in private M&A transactions including company and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, business angel and private equity investments, shareholder agreements, restructurings and general corporate law advice.

Neale also advises on commercial law matters including business contracts, supply and purchase contracts, framework and master service agreements, agency and distributorship contracts, outsourcing and general business contracts and agreements, including IP and IT licences.
