Sarah is an experienced corporate and commercial solicitor advising her clients on a wide range of issues.

Sarah is known for being commercially minded and pragmatic.  She has many years’ experience dealing with company sales and acquisitions, MBOs, share buy backs, EMI Schemes, joint ventures, asset sales and purchases.  Sarah also helps her clients with their shareholders and LLP agreements and general company advice.

As well as transactional work, Sarah deals with general commercial contracts, terms and conditions, agency and distribution agreements and GDPR.
