Walton is a commercial and litigation lawyer with over 30 years’ experience, formerly in house litigation lawyer for the anti piracy unit of the BPI (British Phonographic Industry). He now mainly focusses on sales and purchase as well as MBOs of non-quoted companies and general commercial advice.
Walton is very experienced in international debt recovery particularly in Africa and Asia and recovery of distressed sovereign debt.
