Michael is an English qualified solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial matters.  Michael works for UK based and overseas clients and his work often involves overseas transactions or issues.

He has for over 30 years worked for clients the world over, acquiring companies and assets and generally assisting them with their businesses and assisting them to achieve their business objectives.  This includes putting teams of lawyers together for muti-jurisdiction transactions and other matters.

Michael enjoys providing pragmatic sensible advice to his clients some of whom he has been advising for 30 years and he strongly believes that creating strong professional partnerships gives his clients the business edge.

Michael also has extensive experience in advising on commercial matters, including IP and employment matters.

Michael has extensive connections with over 85 law firms worldwide with whom he is adept at responding to varied overseas enquiries and taking his client clients global.
