Adam’s experience has spanned litigation claims of all sizes, from small County Court claims through to multi-million pound cases in the High Court as well as the Court of Appeal and many high profile reported cases in the public eye. His insolvency work generally centres on acting for insolvency practitioners and creditors in pursuit of claims, obtaining and enforcing judgments, injunctions and freezing orders at home and abroad.

His debt recovery work includes acting for a government body for over 25 years and professional firms outsourcing collection of fees as well as many other businesses trying to manage collection of debt.
