Alan has a broad non-contentious practice that includes advising on commercial developments and renewables projects.

Alan has advised on a wide range of construction projects. He has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of construction and engineering contracts and in dealing with the contractual issues which arise during the course of a project. In particular, Alan has dealt with contracts relating to process plants, leisure developments, retail parks, hotels, office blocks, remediation of contaminated land, infrastructure and social housing.

Alan is a fluent German speaker and has advised (in German where required) a number of German and Austrian clients who are active in the construction and engineering sector.
