Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in real estate finance, with particular experience in development and health funding.
Stephen has been involved in the financing of all types of property (as well as the associated security structures) namely residential and commercial property portfolios, agricultural landed estates, care homes, doctors’ practices, dental surgeries, vets practices, Opco and Propco scenarios, pension fund lends, shopping centres and airports.
Stephen is also very experienced in cross-jurisdictional and offshore lending.
