Charlotte works with developers, landowners, pension schemes and commercial clients and provides practical solutions in order to achieve desired outcomes efficiently.

Charlotte deals with acquisitions and disposals of development sites. She also assists both landowners and developers on real estate transactions including Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, Conditional Contracts and Overage.

Charlotte has experience in all aspects of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions, including acquisition and disposal of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
