Anna joined Miles Preston in 1997, became a partner in 2000 and a consultant in 2021.
Anna has practised exclusively in the area of family law since she qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Her particular strengths are an excellent understanding of the law and procedure; a sympathetic understanding of the issues faced by those who are in need of family law advice; the ability quickly to grasp complex financial issues and present them simply to others and a pragmatic and constructive approach to the resolution of issues.
Anna was educated at Kendrick School, University College London (London University) and the College of Law. She did her training contract at Manches & Co and, on qualification, she joined their family department where she worked for Helen Ward. Anna joined Miles Preston & Co in 1997, became a partner in 2000, and a consultant in 2021.
Anna has always sought to ensure that she provides advice at the very highest level. In 2009, Anna was appointed a Recorder (part-time Judge).
