Charlotte Hart joined Blacks Solicitors in 2018 and is a Partner in the Residential Property team.
Charlotte qualified in 2009 and has considerable experience in all aspects of transactional conveyancing work. This includes freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, transfers of equity, refinancing (acting for both individual and corporate clients), land purchases, lease extensions, variation of leases and title rectification.
