Peter first joined Weightmans in 2009, having qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Peter has specialised exclusively in industrial disease claims since qualification.

Peter’s disease experience includes: noise-induced hearing loss, hand/arm vibration syndrome, work-related upper limb disorders, dermatitis, work related cancers, respiratory illnesses and asbestos-related illnesses.

Peter’s case load predominantly covers higher value/complex disease matters with a particular speciality in relation to asbestos claims, unusual disease types and work-related cancers.

Peter has pursued cases successfully to the Court of Appeal and has significant trial and procedural experience. He is predominantly instructed by major insurers, local governments and multi-national companies.
