Paul has over forty years experience in Conveyancing having commenced his career with a city centre Practice in Manchester in 1976 and then worked for several practices in and around Manchester, Chester and North Wales. Initially he gained experience in Residential Conveyancing, Lender Security work and Commercial Property alongside Estate Development work and has specialised in Developer land acquisition and Estate Development work for more than 25 years He was employed by McCarthy and Stone PLC as an in house Conveyancer and set up their regional legal department and has an in depth knowledge of the workings and expectations of Developer clients.
