Lois has specialised in employment law since qualifying at Weightmans in 2008. She advises on the full range of employment issues and works on a significant number of complex advisory matters for both public and private sector clients.

Lois provides day-to-day support for a wide range of clients on the full spectrum of employment matters, including contracts of employment, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance and capability and settlement agreements. She provides training to clients and regularly undertakes Employment Tribunal advocacy for national and regional organisations.

Lois works closely with the pensions team at Weightmans providing employment law support on a range of issues including consultation processes, implementing amendments to employees’ contracts of employment and managing employees who object to changes.
