Valerie is a Director at Prolegis. She has significant experience providing legal advisory services in relation to trusts, asset protection, succession planning, estate management as well as structured trade finance.

Valerie is English, Singapore and Malaysia qualified and has practised with some of the most established law firms in Singapore and Malaysia. She also played an instrumental role in setting up the Malaysian office of a prominent Singapore law firm. Valerie transitioned into the financial industry in 1998 and was a legal director with a boutique private equity firm in Singapore prior to joining Prolegis.
