Position

Su Rong is an Associate at Prolegis. She is business-bilingual in both English and Chinese, and her principal areas of practice include capital markets, initial public offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, both locally and regionally. Su Rong has particular experience supporting the hospitality industry, and brings a unique understanding to the practice from this perspective.

In addition to transactional corporate and commercial work, she has also advised clients on regulatory matters including SGX continuing listing obligations.

Su Rong graduated with First Class Honours from University College London and is Singapore qualified. Prior to joining Prolegis, she practiced in one of the “big four” law firms in Singapore.
