Pei Tong is an Associate at Prolegis. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, his main areas of practice include capital markets, public take-overs and private mergers as well as acquisitions and joint ventures, in both local and cross-border contexts. In addition to transactional corporate and commercial work, he has also advised clients on regulatory matters such as securities and financial advisory regulations as well as compliance with SGX continuing listing obligations.
Pei Tong graduated from the University of Melbourne and is Singapore qualified. Prior to joining Prolegis, he practised in two of the “big four” law firms in Singapore. He also read Mathematics at the National University of Singapore under a Public Service Commission scholarship.
