I advise on the sale, acquisition, development, funding and letting of commercial property.  I act for a range of clients in the hospitality and leisure sector including restaurateurs, hotel operators and retailers.

I also specialise in commercial property development, especially landlord and tenant issues, and advise on the conveyancing aspects of the vast number of collective enfranchisement cases and lease extensions handled by the firm’s property litigation and leasehold enfranchisement teams.
