Nick joined from city firm Freshfields. Nick has a wide range of experience, in particular, in relation to acting for development and retail clients. Nick has acted for the student developer, UNITE Plc, for over 10 years and also advised Land Securities in relation to the acquisition and development of the new Trinity Leeds Centre with over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. Nick has acted for Debenhams for over 12 years in relation to their store requirements.
Nick also has significant experience in acting in relation to major projects and for local authority clients.
