Mr. Mirza Ragib Hasnat has a diversified practice in different dimensions of law and appears before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. His has conducted litigations arising out of commercial contracts, Trade Organization Ordinance, 1961, the Arbitration Act, 2001, the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, Trade Mark Act, 2009, Customs Act, 1969, criminal litigations etc. Mr. Hasnat has represented Marico Bangladesh Limited, Bangladesh Chemists and Druggists Samity, Robi Axiata Limited, International Beverages Private Limited, Coca Cola Bangladesh Limited, Shohoj Limited and several other local and multinational commercial entities in a wide range of versatile litigations. In addition to the above, Mr. Hasnat advises 3 (three) of the 6 (six) diplomatic bonded warehouses of Bangladesh which have been established pursuant to the Vienna Convention. Mr. Hasnat has also advised several banks of the country such as the Eastern Bank Limited, City Bank Limited, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. In addition to the above, Mr. Hasnat has also advised several telecommunication companies such as Banglalink, Grameenphone and Robi on different occasions. Mr. Hasnat also advises the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, the regulatory body of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh on a regular basis. Mr. Hasnat was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn on 26^th of November, 2019 and was enrolled as an advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council in the year of 2021.
