A practicing Barrister and a member of the Hon’ble Society of Lincolns’ Inn, UK, M. Saquibuzzaman graduated from University of London, UK with LL.B (Hons). Previously he had completed his degree in BSc. in Economics from the prestigious North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh minoring in Management Information Systems. His present area of diversified practice includes Admiralty and Shipping, Medical and pharmaceuticals Industry, Banking and Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Anti- corruption and Anti Money Laundering, Company Law practice, Constitutional matters, Labour and Employment issues, Power and Energy, Criminal Justice and litigation etc. Mr. M. Saquibuzzaman has right of audience before the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh as well as in all other sub ordinate Courts and tribunals of the country and makes regular appearances and submission before the Constitution Courts. M. Saquibuzzaman has been instructed by renowned companies and institutions such as the Mashreq Bank psc. Dubai, COSCO Group, China, Hapag Lloyd AG, Germany, American P and I Club, OOCL, Damco Bangladesh Limited, NYK Shipping Limited, Eastern Bank Limited, Lafarge Holcim Bangladesh Limited, Meghna Bank Limited, Dutch Bangla Bank Limited, IDCOL, City Brokerage Ltd. Grameenphone, Robi Axiata Limited etc.  Recent involvement of M. Saquibuzzaman includes advising Nordic Chamber of Commerce and Industries (NCCI) in their implementation of first ever Audit process for Energy Efficiency Project of Bangladesh,   advising the City Brokerage Limited in its single largest transaction related to sale and purchase of shares of a listed company in Dhaka Stock Exchange,   Advising Hapag-Lloyd, Germany and COSCO Shipping Lines Co. Ltd. and New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd. separately in their corporate restructuring initiative in Bangladesh operations, etc.  M. Saquibuzzaman regularly advises clients on money recovery methods and settlement of disputes outside court through negotiations and recently advised entities such as the Chittagong Port Authority, Abdul Monem Economic Zone Limited, Tiger It Bangladesh Limited, Paschimanchal Gas Company Limited, Bangladesh Container Shipping Association,  Eastern Bank Limited, Agrocorp International Pte. Ltd. etc. As a Senior Associate of the firm, M. Saquibuzzaman brings his endeavoring knowledge to the firm through his previous work experiences at T. Rahman and Co. and Office of the Attorney General for Bangladesh, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
