Michael Donelly is a Principal Lawyer in Maurice Blackburn’s class actions team in Melbourne.

He regularly advises and presents to individuals, companies, superannuation funds and sovereign wealth funds on their participation in Australian and international class actions.

Michael is an experienced class actions lawyer and has assisted in the conduct of a number of successful class actions including:

• Crown Resorts Limited (settled for $125 million in 2021)
• Allco Finance Group (settled for $40 million in 2017)
• Bonsoy (settled for $25 million in 2015)
• National Australia Bank (settled for $115 million in 2012)
• Centro Properties Group (settled for $200 million in 2012)
