Jeremy is a highly experienced lawyer with expertise primarily in complex commercial transactions and strategic projects, often in the technology field. In addition, Jeremy supports on all manner of commercial advice and drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation. Prior to joining KHQ, Jeremy was a principal at a ‘NewLaw’ firm, and has also held senior positions at top tier firms, as well as in an in-house counsel role. Jeremy works across a range of sectors, including IT & telecommunications, financial services, energy, infrastructure, health, automotive, and FMCG.

Jeremy is passionate about innovation and enjoys devising innovative approaches to problem solving and legal support.
