Career

Natalie has been practising exclusively in the superannuation industry since being admitted to practice in 1997. She has an enviable reputation for her in-depth knowledge in these highly regulated and complex practice areas, and for her clear, commercially astute advice. She is a sought after speaker and contributor to industry debate and legal newsletters.

With consolidation in the superannuation industry over recent years, Natalie has worked on a large number of successor fund transfers which always involve a wide range of issues. Her deep legal expertise, clear communication style and the commercial approach taken by Natalie and her team is appreciated by clients.

In addition to her law qualifications, Natalie holds an ASFA Diploma of Superannuation Management.  She is also on the editorial panel of the Australian Superannuation Law Bulletin published by LexisNexis, and has been named a Legal Influencer by Lexology (Q4 2022 and Q2 & Q3 2023) for the quality and relevancy of her insights into the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Natalie has since 2010 been recognised in the superannuation law, funds management, investment law, corporate governance practice and financial institutions categories of The Best Lawyers™ in Australia.
