Toni undertook her training contract with McMillan Williams (now Taylor Rose MW), qualifying as a solicitor into the clinical negligence department in March 2020.
Her caseload includes a wide variety of medical disciplines although she has a number of cases relating to Andrology and Ophthalmology as well as cases of surgical negligence. She also assists senior members of the team with cases of maximum severity including birth injuries, brain injuries and high value fatal claims.
Toni acts for both adults and children, and she also represents bereaved families during inquest proceedings which arise out of clinical negligence. She particularly enjoys the variety of issues that each case presents and the fact that no two cases are the same.
