Position

Senior Associate, Head of the Employment group in Budapest. Zoltán has significant experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He regularly advises clients on complex restructuring and collective redundancy projects, termination of employment, localisation of employment contracts, employee transfers and lawsuits concerning overtime allowances and unlawful termination claims. Further experience includes information technology, outsourcing, data protection, telecommunications and e-commerce matters. He regularly advises on telecom regulatory issues including notification obligation and number portability. Zoltán has expertise in IT and business process outsourcing projects and advises clients on data protection issues including privacy audits, employee monitoring and direct marketing issues.
