Jeff Baker advises on structuring and documenting banking and finance transactions for financial institutions operating in the Australian market.  He also advises offshore based lenders and borrowers, in respect of Australian transactions or the Australian aspects of arrangements focused offshore.

Jeff and his team assists with all aspects of a financing transaction, from due diligence on the relevant business, assets and structures, preparation and negotiation of all requisite facility, security, inter-creditor and step in arrangements and attending to closing.

Jeff has developed valuable insights into the key commercial drivers that ensure financial transactions complete in a seamless manner and within requisite timeframes. Clients benefit from a practical approach that is aligned with and adaptable to evolving business needs.
