Aniketh is an Associate Partner at the firm.  He specializes in Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, and White Collar Crimes practices. He has been representing various multinational companies in proceedings under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and the Companies Act before the National Company Law Tribunal and also before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. He has also filed various complaints and represented parties before the Economic Offence Wing.

He has advised and represented clients in a wide array of matters relating to corporate disputes, property disputes, family disputes, etc. He has over the years advised multinational companies on pre-litigation strategies and represented them in arbitral proceedings and enforcement of foreign and domestic awards. He has also represented clients before various courts and tribunals across India which includes the High Court of Bombay, Nagpur and Bengaluru. He has also represented real estate companies in their disputes before various authorities such as the High Power Committee.

Apart from advising clients under various disputes matters, he has also advised clients in Testamentary matters, drafted Probate Petition or Letters of Administration, Caveats, Affidavits in Support, Notice of Motions in relation to the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and has represented clients before the Testamentary court.
