Clive is a partner in the Commercial Property team based in our Birmingham office, having previously trained and worked at SGH Martineau since 1990.

Meeting Your Needs

Clive provides specialist advice on property development, planning and commercial property for a wide range of clients including universities, colleges, local authorities and landed estates.

He works with clients wishing to manage, rationalise and redevelop their estates and has been involved in capital projects ranging from £5m to £120m.

Clive is also a member of our Recruitment sector team, providing specialist commercial property advice to the sector.

Clive is the chair of the Property and Development Committee at Birmingham Law Society.
