Career

Jianyun has been practicing since 1987. He worked for Hubei Legal Affairs Center and two well-known Hubei law firms for more than 16 years before joining Wang Jing & Co in 2003. During this period, Jianyun was mainly engaged in legal services of international trade, large-scale construction projects, M&A and restructure of corporate and listing company. Jianyun was once awarded as expert in the Enterprise Restructuring Expert Bureau by the Hubei Provincial People’s Government. After joining Wang Jing & Co as the head of corporate law department, he focuses on legal services for foreign investors (mainly for Japanese clients) including FDI, M&A and general corporate issues in China, and served as the legal counsels for many outstanding Japanese companies investing in South China. At the same time, Jianyun is also engaged in M&A of many private enterprises and listing business in South China. With more than 30 years of lawyer practice, Jianyun has extensive experience in dealing with legal services including international trade, foreign investment, project construction, corporate M&A, and listing company. Apart from the qualification of PRC lawyer, Jianyun has also been qualified as securities lawyer jointly issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Justice, the National Registered Tax Specialist and Independent Directors.
