Samantha is an associate in our Restructuring and Insolvency practice. She has advised clients in matters relating to insolvency, commercial litigation and arbitration, such as debt recovery and contractual disputes involving complex cross-border issues. She has also acted for clients in applying for and defending various court applications in high-stake claims, such as applications for injunctions and summary judgments.

Samantha joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020 after completing her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to reading law, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English at The University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022.
