Prior to joining Tanner De Witt, Shirley worked in the corporate, commercial and funds areas where she had experience acting for clients in a wide range of transactions including share sale and purchase for private companies, bank loan facilities, formation of funds, advice on private equity and debt equity agreements, advice on the Hong Kong listing rules in respect of a share acquisition of a listed company and a rights issue in respect of a listed company.
