Position

Solicitor, in the Wills, Trusts and Estates team.

Prior to May 2023, Shelly worked within our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team. She has acted for those injured in a wide range of personal injury cases, claims arising from road traffic accidents and accidents at work.

Shelly assisted on claims for those who have suffered catastrophic injuries including head injury and amputation cases.

Shelly has also some experience working on claims arising from clinical negligence including injuries sustained at birth and due to surgical errors.

Career

On completion of the Legal Practice Course in 2015, Shelly joined a local Luton high street firm as a paralegal. She completed her training contract there and qualified as a solicitor in September 2019.

Education

Shelly obtained an LLB (Hons) from De Montfort University in Leicester in 2013, following which she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London, in 2015.
