Sandra is a senoir associate at Taylor Wessing.  Sandra is a member of the Employment, pensions & mobility and the Disputes & investigations teams in Vienna.  She advises national and international companies, inter alia, on the development and optimisation of flexible work models, corporate restructuring, the cross-border deployment of employees, as well as on litigation arising from discrimination proceedings, termination challenges and administrative penalty proceedings.

She is appreciated by clients for her expertise in all areas of individual and collective labor law as well as for her know-how in commercial as well as corporate litigation, mediation and ADR.

Career

Sandra worked as a legal assistant at Herbert Gartner & Thomas Furherr and at Andreas Grassl. After her judicial clerkship at the District of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, Commercial Court Vienna, Regional Court Wiener Neustadt, District Court Inner City Vienna, Sandra joined Taylor Wessing as an associate in 2016. Sandra has been a senor associate since 2020.
