Sidney is the leader of Berwin Leighton Paisner’s financial services regulatory practice. He is widely recognised as one of the most highly respected contentious regulatory lawyers in the City. Sidney has been involved in many of the largest regulatory investigations in the last decade and also has extensive experience of helping clients conduct internal investigations. His clients encompass a wide range of FSA authorised firms including retail banks, investment banks, investment managers, building societies, IFAs, stockbrokers, mortgage lenders, commodity dealers and hedge funds, as well as directors and senior managers of FSA authorised firms.
