Career
Arvind is a Partner in the Private Equity & Venture Capital and Corporate M&A practice groups.
Arvind has several years of experience representing a multitude of funds and companies on investment transactions at seed, growth and mature stages. Having represented both sides of the transaction and at different stages, he is well experienced in understanding the key issues and nuances of successfully closing such transactions.
Arvind has also advised on numerous strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, technical collaboration transactions of varying size and complexities, in addition to being involved in advising several large corporations on issues critical to them as part of their day-to-day operations such as setting up business and obtaining licenses & registrations, wide range of regulatory issues, general corporate & technology related agreements, property acquisition related advice and assistance, employment issues, closure of operations etc.
Arvind is also a core member of the Firm’s Start-up desk, having advised several startups on fund raise, streamlining their regulatory compliances and legalities around promoter-employee dynamics. Arvind regularly collaborates with numerous other organizations and associations involved intrinsically with startup ecosystem to conduct mentoring sessions, workshops and pro-bono activities.
