Career
Anuradha is a Partner in the Corporate practice group and heads the Corporate Compliance practice in the Firm’s Delhi office. She has extensive experience advising clients in the areas of Corporate and Commercial laws including setting up subsidiaries in India, foreign investment laws, general corporate law advisory and dissolution of subsidiaries.
Anuradha has been part of litigations involving complex shareholder disputes and has represented such clients in numerous matters before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and India’s Supreme Court and High Court.
Anuradha regularly advises leading multinational companies, including Fortune Global 500 clients of the Firm on complex compliance issues, adopting solution-oriented approach and reducing the risk of prosecution of foreign directors/shareholders and the client subsidiaries.
Anuradha is also a part of the Firm’s Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) practice. She has been advising clients on workplace discrimination matters and acts as an external member of Internal Committees on POSH.
