Mr. Qiu is a partner in Haiwen’s Shanghai office.  Mr. Qiu’s practice focuses on capital market, private equity investment and general corporate matters.   Mr. Qiu joined Haiwen in 2021.  Before joining us, Mr. Qiu worked with Fangda Partners and Jingtian & Gongcheng.

Mr. Qiu's native language is Mandarin, and he speaks English fluently.

Education

Mr. Qiu received his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2009, and his LL.M. degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 2014.
