BAO Huifang once worked in the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the people’s Republic of China; She has been a lawyer for more than 30 years.
She is good at corporate securities, investment and M&A. She is one of the first batch of securities lawyers in China. She is also a member of the 7th and 8th Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Since March 2003, the first batch of securities legal service qualification has been obtained, she began to engage in securities legal service. As the legal adviser of the issuer and the main underwriter of the issuer, she has participated in the IPO of dozens of listed companies such as Beijing Tianqiao and NEW SPACE. From May 2005 to April 2007, as a member of the issuance Audit Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, she participated in the audit of more than 110 IPO applications or refinancing of listed companies.
