Career
Geoffrey is the head of Simpson Millar’s Medical Negligence department, with specialist expertise in handling complex and high-value claims.
This includes claims for missed and delayed diagnosis of cancer, birth injuries, meningitis mistreatment, spinal injuries and treatment leading to amputation.
Geoffrey is the author of ‘A Practical Approach to Clinical Negligence Post Jackson’, which was published in 2016 by Law Brief Publishing.
He also contributed to the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers’ (APIL) ‘Guide To Catastrophic Injury Claims’, and was written for publications including the Personal Injury Law Journal, the PI Brief Update Journal, the Journal of Personal Injury Law, the National Medico-Legal Directory and the Solicitors’ Journal.

Leisure
Geoff’s interests include palaeontology, ancient history, natural history and cosmology. He’s also a keen football follower.
