Position

John is a Partner and leads the Property and Projects team at Hall & Wilcox. John has 20 years’ experience in both front and back end construction and development law.

John advises in relation to complex delay, disruption and variation claims and a variety of defects, bank guarantee recovery, liquidated damages, contract-based and trade practices claims.

John is experienced in general commercial property litigation. He also advises in relation to development and joint venture arrangements and the most suited delivery mechanism for construction and infrastructure projects.

John joined Hall & Wilcox as a Partner in 2010, having previously been a Partner at Gadens, and a Lawyer at Macpherson + Kelley.
