Since joining as an Associate of the Family Law Department of Haldanes in 2010, Anita has been focusing her practice in matrimonial and family law.
She has considerable experience in handling matrimonial disputes, ranging from representing clients in settlement negotiations out of Court to representing clients in Trials over their custody and care and control and financial relief applications.
During her practice, Anita has been handling some of the high profile cases to come before the courts of Hong Kong involving high net worth individuals such as a settlement of over HKD100 million of an unmarried couple, and variation of custody and care and control applications due to child abuse and parental alienation.
Apart from contentious works, Anita has frequently been involved in advising clients on the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements involving assets situated in Hong Kong, the PRC, and other jurisdictions and assets under Trust arrangements.
