Praised for his intellect and commercial commonsense, Martin combines technical expertise with a detailed understanding of his clients’ businesses. Specialising in construction and property disputes, he also has extensive experience in Coronial Inquests and workplace incident investigations. Martin has over 25 years’ experience providing strategic advice on issues regarding litigation, arbitration and mediation. He is also adept at briefing and instructing counsel, assisting and advising clients on investigations into accidental deaths and technical issues, preparing witness statements and affidavits, obtaining expert evidence, gathering documentary evidence, appearing in court and at mediation and commercial settlements. Martin has also undertaken a number of secondments with high profile clients. This on the ground practice further broadening his approach.
