Career
Todd is an experienced projects litigator with a broad practice involving disputes in the civil construction, oil and gas, energy and resources, transport and social infrastructure sectors.
Todd has acted for principal and contractor clients in State and Federal Court proceedings, in adjudication, and in arbitrations pursuant to ICC, CITEAC and bespoke rules.
Todd advises on all aspects of project delivery, including contract administration, claims management, dispute strategy and commercial settlement.
Todd is a member of the Society of Construction Law and Building Dispute Practitioner’s Society.
