Asha’s specialism includes acting for investors, in particular from Far East Asia and the Middle East, who purchase and sell both new build and established residential properties. She also acts for clients and lenders on secured lending matters.

Asha has recently made the move from a West End law firm to head up Sherrard’s residential property department. Having spent over 10 years working in residential property investment, Asha is well experienced in handling the needs of the individual clients. She is a strong believer of not taking a ‘conveyor belt’ approach by providing a tailored service to all her clients.
