Joined Dua Associates in 2006 as an Associate and was made Partner in 2013.

Abhinav practises primarily in the areas of company law, securities law, regulatory law and policy, foreign direct investment and foreign exchange laws. He has advised various clients on complex company law issues.

Abhinav has independently led due-diligence teams at target companies and negotiated relevant contractual documentation including joint ventures, share purchase, business transfer and asset transfer agreements. He has sufficient understanding of tax laws to assist in the efficient structuring of particular transactions.  Abhinav has advised numerous clients in the defence sector.

He also has experience in the areas of licensing, trusts and clubs.
