Career

Cecelia has over 15 years of legal experience and is one of Singapore’s leading IP practitioners. She was the former Deputy Managing Director of the Intellectual Property department. 

Cecelia’s primary area of practice is in Intellectual Property, which includes trade marks, patents, domain name registration and enforcement, trade mark oppositions, copyright and design, and all aspects of Intellectual Property litigation. She is part of the “sterling team” described by Asia Pacific Legal 500 and “stands out” in particular for her work in patents registration.  

She joined Drew & Napier in 1996; and she was made partner in 2000; Associate Director in 2001 (upon corporatisation); and Director in 2003.

Cecelia is also a Singapore Registered Patent Agent.
