Alex has an active disputes practice and has represented clients in a broad range of contentious matters, with a focus on employment, shareholder, insolvency, matrimonial and intellectual property rights disputes, as well as criminal matters. He appears regularly before the Courts of all levels in Singapore.
Clients have consistently praised Alex for being responsive and attuned to their needs and concerns.
Apart from disputes, Alex has advised on private client matters including wills and probate and administration matters, and general corporate matters including the review of employment contracts.
Alex graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2013 with 2nd Class (Upper) Honours in 2013 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014.
